Yes. The guided creator lets you choose a name, appearance, personality, relationship, and preferences before generating the character. Character creation is a Premium feature and uses the Energy amount shown on the final Create button.

Chat with curated or user-created characters, request an image that follows the current scene, turn eligible images into short videos, save generated media, revisit conversations, and explore released Stories and Series when those features are available.

A character uses the current conversation and its character profile to continue the scene. It can refer to earlier turns in that conversation, but long-term memory across separate conversations is not currently guaranteed.

A free account currently includes 10 lifetime chat messages and 2 lifetime image generations. The first confirmed Premium payment adds 50 Energy once per account; renewals do not add more. An active Premium subscription removes the message limit and unlocks paid media and character creation. Generated photos, short videos, character creation, and other marked actions use Energy; Energy packs are separate one-time purchases for active subscribers. Exact prices, the amount due today, and renewal cadence are shown before checkout.

Yes. Open Settings → Subscription to use the billing portal, or email support before your next billing date. Cancellation stops future renewals and access normally continues through the paid period. Charges are covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee — contact support within 14 days of a charge to have it refunded; see the Subscription Policy for the conditions.

Conversations are tied to your account and are not sent to advertising partners. Relevant chat context and prompts are processed by our AI providers to produce replies and requested media. Product analytics does not intentionally include message or prompt text; session-replay text and inputs are masked, although visual media shown on screen may appear. You can turn analytics off in Settings and use the available controls to delete chats, media, characters, or your account.

No. Kissora.ai characters are presented as fictional AI companions, and generated replies or media are not messages or actions from a real person. Do not use the service to impersonate a real person or create non-consensual intimate material.
