By using Kissora.ai, creating an account, or purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your location if higher, to create an account or purchase a subscription.

Characters, messages, images, and videos on Kissora.ai are fictional or AI-generated. They may be inaccurate, inconsistent, or unexpected and must not be treated as statements from a real person or as professional advice.

The service may use automated systems to generate and moderate content. Availability, model behavior, and generation results can change as those systems are updated.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. The information you provide to us should be accurate and kept up to date.

We may suspend or close accounts that are fraudulent, abusive, used in violation of these terms, or used to access the service in a way that creates security or operational risk.

You are responsible for messages, prompts, selections, and files you submit and for having the rights and permissions needed to use them. You give us a limited license to process, store, transmit, and display that material only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service, comply with law, and enforce these terms.

You must not use Kissora.ai to impersonate or exploit a real person, create non-consensual intimate material, sexualize a minor, or submit content that is unlawful or infringes another person's rights. Additional rules are in the Content Policy.

Subject to these terms and applicable law, you may use generated output for personal use. AI output may not be unique, and another user may receive similar output.

Paid Kissora.ai plans are sold through Stripe-hosted Checkout. The billing interval, renewal amount, and any introductory pricing are shown before you confirm payment.

• Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
• Renewal timing and amount are tied to the Stripe price for the plan you select at checkout.
• Taxes, where applicable, are calculated by Stripe at checkout.
• We do not store your full payment card number on our servers.

An active Premium subscription removes the free message limit and unlocks paid media and character-creation features. Photos, videos, character creation, and other marked actions use Energy at the amount shown before or alongside the action. Energy packs are separate, one-time purchases. A subscription does not add Energy on renewal unless checkout or the product expressly says that a particular offer does.

A request rejected before processing is not charged. If a confirmed service failure is marked as refunded, the relevant Energy is returned. A request rejected under the Content Policy may retain its Energy where the product discloses that result; review the final status and your Energy balance before retrying.

You can cancel future renewals before the next billing date through the Stripe customer portal in Settings → Subscription or by contacting [email protected]. Cancellation stops future renewal charges; access normally continues through the paid billing period.

Subscription charges are covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee, and Energy-pack charges by the same window while the purchased Energy is unspent — request a refund from the email tied to the purchase within 14 days of the charge. The conditions, and our billing terms, are described in the Subscription Policy. Refunds required by applicable law are honoured regardless of the window.

You agree not to misuse the service. That includes attempting to:

• interfere with the availability, security, or performance of Kissora.ai;
• access accounts, data, or systems without authorization;
• copy, reverse engineer, or resell the service except where law expressly allows it;
• submit unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or misleading content; or
• use Kissora.ai in a way that infringes another person's rights.

Kissora.ai, including its branding, curated characters, design, software, and related materials, is owned by or licensed to Kissora.ai and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the service for your personal use in accordance with these terms.

We may update features, pricing, and plan structure from time to time. We may also suspend access temporarily for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including third-party infrastructure or payment provider outages.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kissora.ai is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the service or any generated output will meet every expectation, remain consistent, or be available without errors.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kissora.ai is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version here and update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the service after the change means you accept the updated terms.
